The Battle Within & Probiotics


We are looking at the war within your gutt. With the statistical rise in bellyaches of every shape and size, something villainous must be going on.



Yes indeed there is, and it is complex.


However, our 21st century lifestyle has contributed greatly. By living on diets high in sugar, refined flours, excess meat, and exposure to antibiotics, chlorinated water and stress have caused an imbalance of bacteria in your intestinal tract.



Simply put, the good bacteria have been outnumbered by the bad bacteria.


The bad-guys are running amuck contributing to long list of symptoms that include bloating, chronic fatigue, depression, indigestion, vitamin and mineral deficiencies, food intolerances, irritable bowel, and diarrhea.



The question we last asked was; “What can we do to arm ourselves, aid our freedom fighters, the good bacteria, and undermine the bad-guys?” We continue to look for some simple solutions that make sense.
